Let’s be honest…

… product photos probably weren’t at the top of your “things-I’m-excited-to-do-when-starting-my-new-business” list. Maybe your DIY setup isn’t cutting it anymore, or you're not seeing the traction you hoped for from your social content. Maybe you’ve even been denied potential partnerships due to the quality of your images. Unfortunately, product photos can make or break a company, but luckily for you, you found me <3

I want you to:

  • be excited to post to social media

  • confidently and proudly showcase your products to potential customers and partners

  • have high-quality, brand-aligned visuals that sell

  • be able to shout to the heavens through all your marketing material that “THESE ARE MY PRODUCTS AND THEY ARE AMAZING”!

You’ve poured thought and intention into your products, so why not give your photos the same treatment?

I WANT MY PRODUCTS TO SHINE!

THE PROCESS

1. discovery + onboarding

First, I also want to make sure we’re the right fit! We get to know each other, talk about your goals for the project, and take care of all the paperwork

2. research+ prep

I research and plan the shoot and source any required prop and background materials. You approve the plan and send your products

3. shoot

The fun part for me. I work diligently to create the visuals discussed, ensuring you products are showcased in a way that feels true to your brand

4. approve, edit, + post

Through an online gallery, you approve the final images, after which I edit them. All that’s left to do once complete is post!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Photo proofs are provided via an online gallery for final approval. Final images will be sent via a WeTransfer link

  • I’m not looking to cater to current trends in product photography or flashy visuals to grab attention. I prefer simple, natural, and authentic work, creating photos that connect to your audience in a real, honest, and organic way.

  • If you are a local Manitoulin business, we can coordinate a pickup.

For all other businesses, you will be provided an address you can ship to, using the carrier of your choice.

  • After final image approval, I will ship your products back to you via Canada Post (or another courier when required), at an additional cost. If you do not wish to have your items returned, I can donate them to a local charity.

  • Please don’t! Product photos are a standard to your customers, so we want to show them the best of the best.

I can provide very basic corrections (minor label corrections, removal of small scratches/imperfections, etc.) at a rate of $30/hour. However, I do not use Photoshop, so my ability to correct any egregious errors is limited.

  • If availability allows, I will do my best to accommodate any last-minute changes, at the expense of the client. A new contract may be required depending on the scope of the shoot

  • To a degree! I do not use Photoshop, however all images receive dust removal and minor colour-correction. Editing such as colour grading, minor imperfection fixes, and reflection correction will be billed at $30/hour.

  • Absolutely not! I am more than happy to give you my own ideas and recommendations based on your products, brand, inspirations, and any ideas — big or small — you may have! I love getting creative :)

  • Anything you’d like! Well, okay, not anything, don’t be weird.

Personally, I don’t want to deal with licensing, and I’m sure you don’t, either. That’s why I provide an unlimited, worldwide image license for online and offline use. I do retain image copyright, however, as well as the right to use any images captured during the process in my own promotional work.

If you do require alternative usage rights, simply enquire at the time of booking.
